OUR VISION

Heatwave is a yearly conference for youth and young adults hosted at Faith Church in New Milford, CT. Every year, hundreds gather with one expectation: to encounter the power of the Holy Spirit. At Heatwave, we emphasize the Spirit’s power to save, deliver, and set people free. We have witnessed countless students come to know Jesus Christ, be baptized, and be radically transformed by God’s presence. Many have experienced physical healing in their bodies, while others have been freed from anxiety, depression, and fear

We also place a strong focus on equipping students to take their schools and communities for Jesus. Youth pastors have testified that their youth groups doubled in size after attending Heatwave, and many students have gone home inspired to launch Bible clubs in their public schools. The fruit continues long after the conference ends.

 

But Heatwave isn’t just spiritually life-changing — it’s an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Students enjoy activities such as an escape room, basketball, volleyball, a full snack shack, and more. There’s something for everyone.
